1 Purpose of the privacy policy

Elements of Resilience and its partners place great importance on the privacy of all (future) members who use the services offered and will respect them. The adoption of this privacy statement is based on existing regulations.

2 The member determines

The member must unambiguously give permission for the use of his (personal) data. When you are asked to provide personal data, you can refuse this. If you choose not to provide (personal) information that is required to provide a product or service, you may not be able to use this product or service.

3 Method of data collection

Elements of Resilience collects data about its customers in different ways. Some data are requested from the member, others are collected automatically. We obtain some of the data by recording how you interact with our products, for example by using technologies such as cookies and receiving error reports or usage data from our website on your device. We also receive data from third parties.

4 Information we collect

Name and contact details. We might collect your first and last name, e-mail address, mailing address, telephone number and other similar contact details.
References. We collect passwords, password hints and similar security information that is used for authentication and access to the account.
Demographic data. We collect information about you such as your age, gender, country and preferred language.
Payment details. We collect information necessary to process your payment when you make purchases, such as the number of your bank account or payment instrument (such as a credit card number) and the security code associated with your payment instrument.

5 For what purpose do we process personal data

Elements of Resilience processes your personal data for the following purposes:

– Developing the website and it contents

– Developing programs for it’s members

– Consultancy with regard to the goal of this website

– To be able to call or e-mail you if this is necessary for our services

– Elements of Resilience also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as data that we need for our tax return.

6 Retention periods

Your personal data (address, telephone numbers, email) and your financial data are stored for a period of 7 years with respect to legal requirements.

7 Sharing of personal data with third parties

Elements of Resilience does not sell your data to third parties and only provides this if this is necessary for the implementation of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We enter into a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Elements of Resilience remains responsible for these processes.

8 View, modify or delete data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Elements of Resilience and you have the right to data transferability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data that we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization mentioned by you.

You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to .

To ensure that the request for inspection has been made by you, we request that you send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.
